We are on air 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with live broadcasts between 9am and 10pm. The broadcasts outside those times are a mix of computerized music programs and the rebroadcasting of programs from the Community Broadcasting Association satellite.
We are fully committed to our community and have a wide listening audience made up of all social groups within our listening area.

Monaro Community Radio, a self-funding volunteer organisation
Monaro Community Radio (2MNO) is occasionally subsidised by government funding of which the radio station is very grateful. We raise other essential funds through attending fetes and market days with our fairy floss, slushies and pop corn machines. Occasionally we hold raffles, during the year and especially at Christmas. We have held concerts to support local artists and help our fundraising. Subscriptions and the generosity of financial supporters is gratefully welcome.
Radio station 2MNO sincerely thanks its generous sponsors for their support. If you would like to become a sponsor we can broadcast your message on our local community radio broadcasting throughout the Monaro and Snowy Mountains, at a very affordable cost. On a daily schedule we mention on air our valued sponsors and invite you to become a sponsor of this local volunteered-run community radio station.
